  • Main saloon existing joinery in place

  • Captain’s cabin with existing joinery in place taken looking aft

  • Inner edge of teak covering boards being marked onto the 2 plywood layers

  • Working inside thermoplastic tent on teak deck strake scarphs

  • Sipo infill at porthole being rounded on outboard face to fit against hull

  • Top of steam bent frame cut to make way for porthole installation

  • Bow-thruster hull re-inforcing – plywood with epoxy resin fibre-glass laminates

  • Rudder blade and stock ready for bronze fittings (being water-jet cut at the moment)

  • Bow-thruster GRP tunnel being cut to length and prepared

  • Mock-up of chain locker to maximise available space for 13mm chain

  • Sockets for oak stanchions being cut into plywood decking
